M&A Deal Proposal Specialist (Remote)

The M&A Deal Proposal Specialist is responsible for producing high-quality proposal Loom recordings to present quality deals to partners after valuation models have been completed. This role ensures that each proposal accurately reflects partner preferences and requirements, while also maintaining up-to-date records on all proposal activities.


The core responsibilities include:
1) Review and prioritize requests for video proposals.
2) Cross-check partner preferences against deal terms and valuation data to ensure alignment before video creation.
3) Record and edit Loom videos daily, incorporating valuation insights and partner-specific preferences.
4) Log progress on proposal videos, partner feedback, and any changes in deal terms in the Valuation Tracker system.
5) Address questions or clarifications from partners regarding the proposal videos.


You Should Have:

- 1+ year experience working in a relevant role (M&A, investment banking, accounting, private equity, etc)
- Some financial analysis exposure and want to learn more
- Some experience in presenting a deal and reviewing a deal
- A strong communication skills (verbal and written)
- A strong self-starter mindset to improve your skills and strive to be better
- Intellectual curiosity and rigor
