Virtual Assistant – Skip Tracing & Cold Calling Specialist

We are seeking a highly motivated and detail-oriented Virtual Assistant with experience in skip tracing and cold calling to help source leads and initiate first contact with property owners and prospects. The ideal candidate is organized, persistent, and confident on the phone.

Responsibilities:
Conduct skip tracing to locate accurate contact information for property owners or decision-makers using online tools and databases.
Perform cold calls to prospects with the goal of generating leads and setting appointments or qualifying interest.
Update CRM systems or spreadsheets with lead status, call notes, and contact details.
Follow call scripts and objection-handling techniques to maintain professionalism and improve conversion rates.
Maintain a daily call quota and follow-up schedule.
Provide regular reports and feedback on lead quality and call performance.

Requirements:
Proven experience with skip tracing tools
1+ years of cold calling experience (real estate or B2B preferred)
Strong English communication skills
Comfortable using CRMs
Quiet workspace, fast internet, and professional demeanor
Self-starter with ability to meet targets without constant supervision
