Job Description:
We are seeking a dynamic and enthusiastic Cold Caller/Tele-Marketer to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for reaching out to potential clients and introducing them to our rehabilitation services. Your goal is to generate interest, build rapport, and set appointments for our team.

Key Responsibilities:
1) Conduct cold calls to potential clients and introduce them to our services.
2) Build and maintain relationships with prospects through effective communication.
3) Qualify leads based on their needs and interest in our services.
4) Schedule appointments for follow-up consultations with our team.
5) Maintain accurate records of calls, leads, and appointments in our CRM system.
6) Collaborate with the marketing team to develop effective outreach strategies.
7) Meet or exceed monthly call and appointment-setting targets.

Qualifications:
1) Previous experience in telemarketing, sales, or a related field is preferred.
2) Excellent verbal communication and interpersonal skills.
3) Strong persuasive skills and the ability to handle objections.
4) Self-motivated with a positive attitude and a willingness to learn.
5) Proficiency in using CRM software and Microsoft Office Suite.
6) Ability to work independently as well as part of a team.
