This isn’t your average VA gig. I’m looking for someone who’s smart, fast, resourceful, and fully plugged into modern life. You’ll be my personal assistant — but also a lifestyle manager, travel coordinator, logistics ninja, and occasional fixer.
If you’re organized, deeply detail-oriented, creative in how you solve problems, and know how to handle high-level personal tasks without needing handholding — keep reading.
?
???? Responsibilities
• Organize and manage travel logistics — flights, Airbnbs, Ubers, itineraries, lounge access, etc.
• Use points/rewards programs intelligently (Amex, Chase, etc.) to book flights and upgrades
• Research and evaluate properties (for stays or rentals) based on lifestyle, walkability, safety, and vibe
• Coordinate with landlords/property managers in perfect English
• Text and voice message me daily (via iMessage/WhatsApp) to update and check in on tasks
• Occasionally book or coordinate things related to my girlfriend, friends, or group travel
• Manage day-to-day organization (ordering food, scheduling calls, confirming plans)
• Maintain spreadsheets or notes for things like travel plans, people we’re coordinating with, etc.
• Be a second brain when it comes to thinking ahead and planning logistics I haven’t even considered
• Optional: Handle

?? Who You Are
• Exceptionally organized and detail-oriented — nothing slips past you
• A creative problem solver — you don’t just follow steps; you figure things out
• Fast — like really fast. I need someone who responds quickly and can move fast when needed
• Tech-savvy and fluent with booking platforms, apps, spreadsheets, iMessage, Google Calendar, etc.
• Speaks and writes fluent English — you should sound like you’re from the US
• Fun, sharp, and personable — not a corporate robot. Bonus if you have a good sense of humor
• Confident communicating over voice or chat with me and others — even internationally
• Comfortable juggling changing priorities and working independently
• Ideally: You’ve supported entrepreneurs, execs, or creative people before
?
? Bonus Skills (Not required, but nice to have)
• Experience managing or coordinating with multiple people (i.e. group travel, events, team tasks)
• Knows how to research flights using points (Amex, Chase UR, etc.) and transfer partners
• Familiar with Notion, ClickUp, or similar tools
• Has a natural instinct for planning ahead and understanding preferences without having to be told
?
