Help Us Turn a 20,000+ Person Database Into a Lead-Generating Machine
The Anderson Group is a nationally ranked, award-winning real estate team based in Nashville, Tennessee—known for our systems, our speed, and our service.

We’re looking for a Database Manager with at least 2+ years of Brivity CRM experience to manage, organize, and optimize our CRM of over 20,000 contacts. This isn’t just a data-cleanup job—it’s a vital, strategic role that directly supports our growth and lead generation.

What You’ll Be Doing:

Database & CRM Management (Brivity):
Oversee all data entry, tagging, and maintenance inside Brivity CRM
Clean, organize, and segment over 20,000+ contacts for targeted outreach
Create and manage smart lists, action plans, and automated follow-up campaigns
Work directly with agents and marketing to make sure Brivity stays accurate and efficient

Lead Generation & Communication:
Text, email, and occasionally call contacts for engagement and appointment setting
Help revive cold leads and keep warm leads nurtured
Ensure no one falls through the cracks with consistent follow-up systems
Work with our marketing and sales teams to launch outbound communication strategies

Must-Have Qualifications
2+ years of Brivity CRM experience (non-negotiable)
Deep understanding of lead management, tagging, automation, and segmentation
Organized and detail-oriented—this is a massive database and you’ll be the expert
Clear English communication (spoken and written)
Tech-savvy and confident navigating tools like Gmail, Slack, Google Sheets, and dialers
Self-motivated, reliable, and solution-focused

Bonus Experience
Previous experience with a U.S.-based real estate team
Familiarity with lead scoring or predictive analytics
Experience managing ISAs or outbound marketing campaigns
Basic knowledge of Dotloop or MLS is a plus
