Remote | Full-Time | Independent Contractor
Schedule: Monday–Friday, 8:30 AM–5:30 PM EST (Includes two 15-min breaks and a 30-min lunch break)

About the Role
We’re looking for a highly detail-oriented and steady Executive Assistant to support a U.S.-based client with managing court calendars, inboxes, and task tracking. This position is best suited for someone with excellent conscientiousness, strong follow-through, and a proactive approach to communications. Candidates must be comfortable working with a rigorous daily task tracking system and have excellent time management skills.

Key Responsibilities
Monitor and manage low-volume email inboxes, ensuring timely and appropriate responses
Proactively manage and verify calendar appointments by checking official court websites
Send clear and timely calendar reminders to relevant parties
Maintain accurate, up-to-date records using daily task tracking sheets
Stay on top of important court-related communications and updates
Communicate clearly and reliably with internal teams and clients

What We’re Looking For
High level of detail orientation, steadiness, and conscientiousness
Strong organizational skills and ability to follow structured systems
Proactive communicator who takes initiative without constant supervision
Comfortable with time tracking and daily accountability tools (considered strict by some)
Fluent in English (spoken and written); Latin American candidates are welcome to apply if they are exceptional
Prior experience with court-related admin tasks is a plus
Must be willing to take a DISC assessment (seeking High Steadiness and Conscientiousness profiles)
Fully available to work during U.S. EST business hours
