Ecommerce Manager

We are looking for a highly experienced and results-driven Ecommerce Manager to take full responsbility of our Amazon and Walmart storefronts. The ideal candidate will have hands-on experience managing ecommerce accounts from A to Z, with a strong portfolio of success.

Key Responsibilities:
- Manage daily operations of Amazon and Walmart seller accounts
- Products hunting and brands negotiation
- FBM, WFS, FBA Operations management expertise.
- Create and optimize product listings (titles, bullet points, descriptions, images, A+ content)
- Conduct keyword research and implement SEO strategies
- Oversee inventory levels and order fulfillment
- Prep center inventory management.
- Monitor account health, resolve issues, and maintain compliance
- Respond to customer inquiries and manage reviews/ratings
- Generate reports, analyze performance, and implement data-driven strategies
- Collaborate with suppliers and logistics partners to ensure smooth operations
- Stay updated on the latest platform trends, tools, and policy updates

Qualifications:
- Proven experience managing Amazon and Walmart accounts end-to-end
- Strong understanding of ecommerce metrics, product ranking, and conversion optimization
- Familiar with tools such as Helium 10, Jungle Scout, Seller Central, and Walmart Seller Center
- Experience handling multiple SKUs or product categories
- Excellent communication proficiency and organizational skills
- Ability to work independently and meet performance goals

Preferred Skills:
- Experience scaling ecommerce businesses from scratch
- Familiarity with international marketplaces (a plus)
- Previous management of 6- or 7-figure ecommerce accounts
- Knowledge of supply chain coordination and logistics
- Proficient in Microsoft Office, with strong Excel skills and data handling experience.

What We Offer:
- Full-time, long-term remote work (40 hours per week)
- Monday to Friday 9am-5pm US Central Time Only (this will not change)
