Email Marketing Designer / Klaviyo Expert (Design + Tech)

Summary
Description:
We’re looking for a dedicated and organized email expert to join our team long-term. This role is focused more on email design, scheduling, and technical execution (not full-on copywriting), across several eCommerce brands.

You’ll receive creative direction and concepts from us, and your role is to turn them into beautifully designed, high-converting Klaviyo emails — on time and on brand.

What You’ll Do:
• Design and build email campaigns in Klaviyo
• Schedule and manage campaigns for multiple brands
• Replicate or adapt email styles and templates across different brands
• Use AI tools (e.g., ChatGPT, Canva Magic Write, etc.) to support design and basic copy
• Collaborate in a monthly planning call to map out email needs for the month
• Use the word Apple at the start of your application
• Learn and apply email best practices — we’ll train you on what works for us

Requirements:
• Proven experience designing Klaviyo email campaigns (please include a portfolio)
• Strong design skills — good eye for layout, mobile-first formatting, image balance
• Knows how to use AI tools to speed up workflows and ideation
• Organized and dependable — can stick to deadlines and manage different brand styles
• Strong English comprehension (you won’t be writing full copy, but should understand directions clearly)
• Willing to be trained on strategy and copy structure
