Who Are You?
Below are the qualifications for this position:
- Proficiency in the Graphic Design and Video editing softwares: Adobe Indesign, Adobe Illustrator, Canva, HTML, etc.
- Creativity and innovative thinking that can generate creatives that can effectively communicate the intended message or concept.
- Relevant experience in graphic designing and video editing for social media and web content for TOF, MOF, BOF campaigns, both for our clients and for our company's marketing.
- Keen attention to details.
- A goal-oriented mindset with a track record of exceeding expectations
- Ability to deliver creative projects timely and with quality
- Exceptional teamwork skills: you support the success of those around you
- Excellent organization with the ability to work independently and multitask with minimal supervision


What will you do?
Below are your responsibilities as the Creative Specialist:
- Act as the resident Visual Content Creator - graphic designer and video editor - for 7FSMP
- Generate impactful and eye-catching ad creatives for our clients' campaigns to be posted on Google, Meta and Instagram
- Create design layouts, branding kits and templates.
- Produce conceptualized graphic design and videos for our own agency - 7FSMP.
- Create, edit and manipulate images (and videos) to fit the design requirements.
- Maintain and update our clients' and our own branding guidelines.
- Maintain our visual identity and ensure consistency of our brand across various marketing materials and platforms.
- Learn how our digital tools add value to company strategy and performance.
- Stay up to date with digital technology and visual content trends.

What’s in it for you?
The company offers:
- A monthly fixed rate ranging from $700 to $1,500, depending on the skills, experience and expertise you bring to the table.
- Mid shift working schedule from 5PM to 1AM Manila time (which is better than working on US timezone). 5PM to 1AM Manila time during non-DST and 6PM to 2AM during DST.

Please note that this is a full time long term position with time tracking involved. Expectation from the applicant is to devote 100% of their time to 7FSMP during shift hours.
