Please respond to this post and send your resume, a vocaroo link (voice recording - introducing your work background for 1 minute) along with your availability this week and next. We will also need you to answer the following questions and send the answers along with the resume, vocaroo and your available timeslots:
1 How would you approach an owner to approve a roof replacement knowing that the price is about $12,000, however the roofing replacement will resolve the ceiling leaks of the property? The owner also has unpaid balances from previous work orders.
2 Which would you prioritize sending a tech for if you only had 1 tech to send: a house with a clogged single toilet and a family of 3 with a baby, or a house with a flooded basement ankle deep every time it rains?
3 If a resident lost power to their outlets in the kitchen and their fridge has stocked food inside, do you think the property management company should pay for any food that gets spoiled? Why or why not?
