We are a fast-growing real estate team based in Upstate New York, looking for a dependable and detail-oriented video editor to help us create clean, branded drone listing videos for homes, land, and farms.

This is a per-gig freelance role, ideal for editors who can deliver professional, fast-turnaround videos that match a consistent visual style.

????? Responsibilities:
Edit raw drone footage into polished 30–90 second listing videos

Deliver both horizontal (YouTube) and vertical (Reels/TikTok/Shorts) formats

Add branded intro/outro, overlays (property address, agent name, etc.), and royalty-free music

Maintain a visual flow and pacing suitable for real estate

Upload final labeled versions to Google Drive

Make light revisions if needed upon request

???? Pay & Workflow:
$10 USD per completed and approved video
(includes both horizontal and vertical versions)

Payment is made after final approval via PayPal or Wise

Expect 10 to 40 videos per month, depending on the season

???? Test Edit Process:
We require all applicants to request approval before starting a test edit.

Please do not submit any videos unless we’ve confirmed your participation.
Unapproved test edits or assumptions of payment will not be reviewed or considered.

Once approved, you’ll receive:

A folder with raw drone footage

A folder with sample completed videos showing our brand style

This allows us to fairly evaluate your editing ability and visual consistency.

? Requirements:
Proven experience with real estate or drone video editing

Solid understanding of pacing, branding, and visual storytelling

Skilled in CapCut, Adobe Premiere, DaVinci Resolve, or similar

Fluent in English and able to follow clear instructions

Able to meet 48–72 hour turnaround times

Comfortable working with Google Drive
