Amazon Seller Central Media & SEO VA

We are looking for a proactive and detail-oriented Virtual Assistant to support our Amazon brand by managing media and SEO-related tasks. This role involves creating and maintaining SOPs for each task to ensure smooth and scalable operations.

Key Responsibilities:

???? SOP Creation & Management

Collaborate with us to define clear SOPs (Standard Operating Procedures) for all assigned tasks

Document and organize SOPs in Notion for future reference and training

Keep SOPs up to date as processes evolve

???? Amazon Media Tasks

Coordinate and manage listing images, infographics, A+ Premium Content, and Brand Story

Assist with planning and tracking A/B testing for creatives

Ensure media files are properly stored and named in Dropbox

???? Amazon SEO Tasks

Perform keyword research using relevant Amazon tools

Optimize titles, bullets, descriptions, and backend search terms

Support SEO-related A/B testing and performance tracking

Amazon Seller Central (execution of tasks)

Requirements:

Experience with Amazon Seller Central

Strong organizational and communication skills

Ability to work independently and take initiative

Prior experience in Amazon SEO or content/media coordination is a plus

This is a part-time, remote role with growth potential based on performance.
