Home Run Roofing is hiring a motivated Cold Caller to help us connect with homeowners in our service area. You'll be the first point of contact, reaching out to pre-qualified leads from company-provided lists and setting appointments for our sales team to provide free roof estimates.

This is a great opportunity if you’re confident on the phone, have a friendly personality, and want to earn extra cash with every appointment you book.


What You’ll Do:

Make outbound calls to homeowners using company-supplied lists

Follow a simple script to introduce Home Run Roofing and offer a free estimate

Answer basic homeowner questions and set firm appointment times for our sales reps

Record call outcomes and appointment info accurately in our system

Hit weekly call and appointment benchmarks to earn bonuses
