Operations Systems Manager – Build SOPs & Structure f

We’re looking to hire one of the most important people in our company.

We’re a U.S.-based owner-operator running 3 service businesses:

????? Greenwich Handyman (established handyman brand)

? GH Electric (new residential electrical division)

???? K&M Kitchens (new kitchen design + renovation startup)

We don’t need only a bookkeeper or a virtual assistant.
We need a builder of systems. A thinker, a leader, and a process optimizer.

Someone who will come in and say:

“Here’s how we fix this entire backend — and here’s how I’ll make sure it stays fixed.”

What You’ll Own:

- Design and document SOPs for all key business functions (admin, finance, field ops, client service, sales)

- Create and maintain a central SOP library (Google Drive, Notion, or Airtable)

- Build and manage workflow tracking systems (Trello, Airtable, or similar)

- Enforce accountability: time tracking, invoicing, job costing, quote follow-ups, etc.

- Recommend and implement automation or delegation systems to improve efficiency

- Provide clear weekly updates to the business owner to keep everything visible and under control

You’re a Great Fit If You:

Have experience building SOPs and organizing backend operations from scratch

Think like an operations manager or systems builder — not a task-taker

Are confident leading without micromanagement

Are excellent with communication, documentation, and accountability

Take pride in solving inefficiencies and creating structure that lasts

Understand small business workflows — bonus if you’ve worked in service, trades, or construction environments

Tools You’ll Use (or learn):

Jobber (field service management software)

Trello, Airtable, or ClickUp (workflow & project management)

QuickBooks Online (light finance interaction)

Google Workspace (Docs, Sheets, Drive)

Slack or email for team communications

---------- or Zapier for basic automations (optional but a plus)

Work Schedule:

Full-time (40 hours/week)

Flexible schedule, but some overlap with U.S. Eastern Time preferred

Long-term position with strong growth potential

Monthly Salary Range:
PHP 70,000–PHP 100,000/month
(Higher possible for exceptional candidates who lead at a high level)
