The Original Poop Bags® is hiring a Full-Time Social Media Ads Specialist!

Are you a paid social pro who knows how to create scroll-stopping ads and drive real results? We’re looking for a Social Media Ads Specialist who’s skilled at building and optimizing campaigns on Meta (Facebook/Instagram) and TikTok to grow brand awareness, engagement, and conversions.

This is a hands-on, performance-focused role managing paid ad campaigns across our in-house pet brands.??What You’ll Do:
• Create & Manage Paid Social Campaigns
Plan, launch, and optimize paid advertising campaigns on Meta and TikTok, including creative testing, audience targeting, and budget management.
• Short-Form Ad Creative Strategy
Collaborate with the content and design teams to develop video and visual creatives that resonate with pet lovers and drive clicks.
• Audience Building & Retargeting
Build smart targeting strategies for prospecting and retargeting using custom audiences, lookalikes, and pixel data.
• Performance Tracking & Reporting
Monitor campaign performance in Meta Ads Manager, TikTok Ads Manager, and Google Analytics. Identify trends and recommend optimizations.
• Cross-Channel Alignment
Work with the email, SEO, and content teams to ensure consistent messaging and a smooth customer journey from ad click to conversion.


What We’re Looking For:
• 2–5 years of hands-on experience running paid ad campaigns on Meta and TikTok (both required).
• Proven track record of driving traffic, engagement, and conversions with social media ads.
• Strong understanding of creative testing, audience targeting, ad formats, and funnel strategy.
• Comfortable working with platforms like Meta Business Suite, TikTok Ads Manager, and Google Analytics.
• Proactive, analytical, and always looking to improve results.
