Project Coordinator including Virtual Assistant

Hello - seeking a Project Coordinator including Virtual Assistant services to assist a busy CEO and my team. I own and run a Kitchen Renovation Company in Brisbane, Australia. We design, manufacture and install kitchens - about 250 projects a year.

We have been trading since 1979 and have lots of work in our pipeline - we offer stable employment with long term prospects.

I am seeking a positive and reliable worker to help our clients throughout their renovation journey.

This includes:
Updating client details and job progression in both GoHighLevel and our job management software ( ---------- - full training provided), general administration tasks and some basic book keeping (XERO) and purchasing, assisting me and my business partner (who is also my wife) in both work and personal tasks. Some basic social and digital marketing too.

Must have strong attention to detail, be easy to get along with and also open to having a little fun too! I look forward to your reply.
