Women’s Empowerment Brand Needs Rockstar VA / Biz Sidekick!

I’m Tanya — a therapist, coach, and women’s empowerment guide helping soulful women break codependency patterns, reclaim their voice, and embody their worth. I’m scaling to a multi-6-figure business and I need a VA who can walk with me — not just take orders.

This is NOT just admin. I want a creative and proactive right-hand person who:
• Is passionate about women’s empowerment, healing, or spirituality
• Enjoys managing content calendars, newsletters, and social media
• Thrives on Canva, ConvertKit, Instagram, and possibly video editing apps
• Can take my voice notes, outlines, or ChatGPT drafts and turn them into polished, posted content

Tasks include:
• Copy/pasting my content into ConvertKit + formatting email newsletters
• Creating carousels, posts, or reels using Canva, voiceovers, or my scripts
• Scheduling and posting content on Instagram (Stories + Grid)
• Helping track weekly metrics and keeping me accountable to the plan

Start: 5–10 hours/week
Pay: $7–$10/hr depending on skills. Monthly bonuses available.
Growth possible to 15–20 hours as we launch courses, retreats, etc.
