About the Role
We're a growing Shopify/Klaviyo agency looking for a Notion expert and automation specialist who can improve how our business operates. This isn't just about maintaining systems—we want someone who can spot problems, find solutions, and build automations that save us time and money.
You'll manage our entire Notion workspace while creating n8n workflow automations that connect our tools. Most importantly, you'll help us use AI in smart ways that actually improve our work, not just because it's trendy.
What You'll Do
Notion Management

Build and maintain our Notion workspace with complex databases and automations
Create systems that eliminate manual work and keep our team organized
Train tea ---------- mbers on new processes

Workflow Automation

Use n8n to build automations connecting Shopify, Klaviyo, Notion, and other tools
Find repetitive tasks and automate them
Create reports and dashboards that help us make better decisions

Business Improvement

Look for problems and inefficiencies in how we work
Suggest and implement solutions that save time or improve quality
Integrate AI tools where they actually help (not just for show)
Work with leadership to prioritize the most important improvements

Requirements
Must Have:

Expert-level Notion skills (formulas, relations, complex databases)
n8n automation experience with API integrations
Experience analyzing business processes and finding improvements
Ability to connect different software tools together

Preferred:

Experience with Shopify and Klaviyo
Background with e-commerce or marketing agencies
Experience implementing AI in business workflows

Personal Qualities:

You notice when things could work better and want to fix them
You think about business impact, not just cool features
You can explain technical things to non-technical people
You stay updated on new automation and AI tools
