We're a growing business looking for a dependable, detail-oriented Virtual Assistant to support our bookkeeping and day-to-day operations. This role will start at approximately 40 hours per month, with the opportunity to grow into a full-time position within the year.
Responsibilities Breakdown:
Operations & Admin Support (Approx. 40-45 hrs/month)
- Managing calendars, project timelines, and internal deadlines
- Formatting and organizing documents, templates, workbooks, and slide decks
- Turning rough notes into clean, professional documents
- Creating slides and simple visual assets (within existing guidelines)
- Supporting smooth coordination between client expectations and our delivery
Requirements:
- Project Management/Administrative Management
- Strong formatting skills (Google Docs, Word, PowerPoint, Google Slides)
- Clear communication and organizational skills
- Ability to manage multiple tasks and timelines
- Business background preferred (through experience or education)
- Project coordination tools
Hours Per Week:
- 10-12 hours/week (approx. 40–45 hours/month)
Salary Range (CAD):
- CAD $320–$365/month
