Job Summary:
We’re looking for a proactive and creative General Virtual Assistant with a strong marketing mindset to help scale a content-focused business that supports coaches and small businesses—primarily through LinkedIn and email marketing. If you’re organized, tech-savvy, and love content, digital systems, and Upwork, we’d love to hear from you!

???? Key Responsibilities
Create and schedule LinkedIn content (posts, carousels, and articles)
Repurpose long-form content into short-form posts, email newsletters, and campaigns
Design simple and on-brand graphics using Canva
Set up and manage email sequences using GoHighLevel, Mailchimp, ActiveCampaign, or similar tools
Analyze content and campaign performance to suggest improvements
Write and send tailored Upwork proposals to secure leads and partnerships
Maintain CRM records and client communications (HubSpot, Zoho, etc.)
Provide admin support: inbox management, scheduling, research, documentation, and internal organization


? What We’re Looking For
Strong experience in content marketing and email automation
Basic graphic design knowledge (Canva is required)
Experience crafting effective Upwork proposals
Skilled in general VA tasks and admin support
Excellent written and spoken English
Detail-oriented, organized, and self-directed
Quick to learn new tools and take initiative
Full-time, stable work
