Full-Time Video Editor for Large YouTube Channel (Long-Form + Short-Form + Thumbnails)

Hours: 9 AM – 5 PM EST (Full-Time, Remote)
Start Date: ASAP

We’re looking for a skilled, reliable, and highly organized Video Editor to join our growing content team full-time. If you have a strong eye for clean, professional edits, understand the psychology behind high-CTR thumbnails, and want to contribute to a high-output YouTube operation — this is the role for you.

What You’ll Be Doing:
Edit 2-3 videos per day, both long-form (10–30 min) and short-form (YouTube Shorts, Reels, TikToks)

Apply clean, simple, and professional editing techniques that maintain clarity and viewer retention

Design and deliver high-converting YouTube thumbnails for each video (understanding click psychology is key)

Maintain consistency with the brand’s tone, formatting, pacing, and visual style

Occasionally assist with content research (titles, trends, examples, B-roll, or reference clips)

Optional but valuable: Use or test AI tools to enhance video editing, script timing, or YouTube optimization

What We’re Looking For:
Proven experience editing long-form and short-form YouTube videos

Ability to create compelling YouTube thumbnails that boost CTR

Strong understanding of YouTube trends, pacing, retention strategies, and hook formulas

Ability to turn around content fast without compromising quality

Excellent communication, accountability, and daily availability during EST business hours

BONUS: Familiarity with AI tools
