JOB OVERVIEW

Position: Content & Marketing Assistant (Virtual Assistant)
Hours: 20 hours per week
Contract: Long-term, immediate start
Location: Remote
Compensation: $3-4/hour USD

About Legacy Brotherhood
We are a premium men's network marketing community focused on building wealth, family leadership, and personal development. We're transitioning from Skool to Circle platform and launching a new subscription model in October 2025. We need a dedicated VA to support this transition and content operations.

Primary Responsibilities
1. Platform Migration Support

PRIORITY TASK: Assist with migrating content from Skool to Circle platform
Help organize and upload existing content into new Circle structure
Format posts, modules, and resources according to provided templates
Support community setup tasks under direct guidance
Data entry and content organization
Basic community moderation (respond to simple member questions)

2. Content Creation & Social Media Support

Repurpose long-form content into social media posts using provided templates
Create basic graphics using Canva with brand guidelines
Schedule posts across social media platforms using scheduling tools
Write social media captions following brand voice guidelines
Basic video/audio editing (trimming, simple cuts)

3. Administrative Support

Organize files and maintain documentation systems
Basic email management and member communications
Data entry and reporting tasks
General administrative support as needed

Required Skills & Experience
Essential Requirements:

Good English writing and communication skills
Basic familiarity with social media platforms (Instagram, Facebook, LinkedIn)
Willingness to learn Skool and Circle platforms (we'll provide training)
Basic computer skills and ability to follow detailed instructions
Canva experience or ability to learn quickly
Reliable internet and computer setup
Available for some overlap with AU business hours

Preferred (Not Required):

Any experience with community platforms
Basic graphic design skills
Social media content creation experience
Experience following detailed SOPs and processes

What We Offer

Hourly rate: $3-4/hour USD (based on location and experience)
