About the Role

We are seeking a highly creative and detail-oriented Graphic Designer to produce eye-catching, high-performing visuals that capture attention on platforms like Facebook and Instagram. Your role will be pivotal in shaping the aesthetic and visual appeal of our campaigns, directly influencing the success of our e-commerce brand.

Key Responsibilities
• Design high-quality social media graphics tailored for platforms like Instagram and Facebook.
• Create visual assets for ads, landing pages, emails, and digital campaigns.
• Develop scroll-stopping hooks, calls-to-action, and layouts that drive engagement and conversions.
• Stay ahead of design trends and incorporate platform-relevant styles into your work.
• Collaborate closely with marketing and content teams to align designs with brand goals, audience preferences, and campaign objectives.
• Maintain a well-organized asset library including templates, brand guidelines, and campaign files.
• Support brand consistency across all visual touchpoints and formats.
• Analyze performance of creative assets and iterate based on what’s working.

Required Skills and Qualifications
• Proven experience in graphic design with a portfolio showcasing social media ads, branding, and digital campaigns.
• Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign), Canva, or similar tools.
• Strong understanding of DTC (Direct-to-Consumer) marketing principles and performance-driven design.
• Familiarity with creating design assets for motion graphics or animation is a plus.
• Excellent typography, layout, and visual storytelling skills.
• Fluent in English with strong communication and collaboration abilities.
• Highly organized with an eye for detail and a passion for great design.
• Self-starter with the ability to meet deadlines and adapt in a fast-paced environment.

Preferred Qualifications
• Experience designing for e-commerce or consumer-facing brands.
• Understanding of social media platform guidelines and engagement trends.
• Experience creating visuals for the US market.
• Able to take feedback constructively and make improvements quickly.
• Comfortable juggling multiple projects and timelines simultaneously.
