JOB OVERVIEW

We’re looking for a reliable, detail-oriented virtual assistant with strong English writing skills to support a Canadian sustainability consulting company. You’ll help create LinkedIn content, research trends in environmental product declarations (EPDs), and assist with light admin tasks.

Position: Part-Time (15–20 hours/week)
Location: Remote (Philippines only)
Rate: $4/hour USD
Schedule: Flexible hours with weekly deliverables

Tasks You'll Handle:
-Research sustainability trends, EPD (Environmental Product Declaration) policies, and green building regulations
- Summarize 2–3 relevant articles weekly into clear, concise bullet-point reports
- Draft or co-write LinkedIn posts using free AI tools (e.g. ChatGPT, DeepSeek, Claude.ai)
- Schedule and manage content using tools like Buffer, Notion, or Google Docs
- Update and organize tasks and leads inside Bitrix24 and/or HubSpot CRM
- Assist with simple marketing automation workflows or follow-ups
- Track LinkedIn engagement and performance data monthly
- Optional: Design simple visuals using free tools like Canva

What We’re Looking For:
- Excellent English writing and summarizing skills
- Familiarity with LinkedIn, Google Docs, and research
- Experience using ChatGPT (or open to learning quickly)
- Reliable, independent, and detail-oriented
- Bonus: Experience with Canva or sustainability topics
