We are a purpose-driven financial literacy and leadership group helping families build wealth, get protected, and gain financial independence through Indexed Universal Life (IUL), retirement planning, and leadership development. We are expanding fast and need a highly-skilled social media expert to help us grow and manage our online presence.

???? What We’re Looking For
We’re hiring a professional, creative, and consistent Social Media Manager who can take our content, mission, and message to the next level! You’ll work closely with our leadership team to plan, design, schedule, and track branded content across all major platforms.

????? Key Responsibilities
???? Manage and grow FLD social media pages (Facebook, Instagram, LinkedIn, WhatsApp Groups, YouTube)

????? Write engaging captions and branded messaging (based on our vision and voice)

???? Design eye-catching graphics and reels using Canva Pro or similar tools

???? Create and manage a monthly content calendar

???? Track engagement, reach, clicks, and leads weekly

???? Help post and promote weekly Zoom BP ---------- etings and special events

???? Repurpose and schedule content for cross-platform posting

???? Support social DM engagement and comment management

???? Share testimonials, team wins, promotions, and behind-the-scenes ---------- nts

???? Bonus Skills (not required but appreciated!)
Video editing for reels and stories

Canva templates and branded themes

Experience in financial services, insurance, or coaching niches


Facebook/Instagram Ads (basic experience)

? Meta Business Suite (Facebook + Instagram)

? Google Docs & Sheets

? WhatsApp, LinkedIn

? (Bonus) Buffer, Later, Metricool, or similar schedulers

? Work Schedule
Flexible part-time (8–12 hours per week)

Must post consistently throughout the week

Join 1–2 tea ---------- etings or planning calls per month

Must be available to post/update for Wednesday evening BP ---------- etings

???? Requirements
Minimum 2 years experience managing multiple social platforms

Must show a strong portfolio or account links you’ve managed

Fluent in English (written and spoken)

Organized, self-managed, and communicates clearly

Consistent availability, with good work ethic and positive energy

???? Compensation
Pay: $6–$9 USD/hour (depending on experience)

Paid bi-weekly or monthly (via Wise, PayPal, GCash, etc.)
