STR Marketing VA – GoHighLevel, Email, FB Ads, Landing Pages

We are a fast-growing U.S.-based short-term rental (STR) company looking for a full-time Marketing & Direct Bookings VA to lead our digital marketing strategy — with a focus on CRM/email automation, Facebook ads, lead capture, and guest retention.

This is a key position. We’re not looking for someone to wait for instructions — we’re looking for a marketing leader who can build and run a system that gets real bookings.

What You’ll Do
• Manage our CRM system (MarketMySTR/GoHighLevel): tags, automations, campaigns
• Create and manage email marketing flows for repeat guests
• Build and optimize landing pages, lead magnets, and direct booking funnels
• Plan and launch Facebook ad campaigns including ---------- and conversion tracking
• Post to and engage in Facebook buy/sell/trade groups with STR promotions
• Monitor and report marketing KPIs (email open rates, CTRs, booking increases, etc.)
• Organize and coordinate content creation with our internal and external teams
• Learn and implement strategies from the Build STR Wealth training (Bill Faeth)
• [BONUS] Assist with basic YouTube video editing or repurposing for ads

Who You Are
• Experienced in CRM tools and automation (GoHighLevel or similar is a BIG plus)
• Skilled in email copywriting, segmentation, retargeting, and nurture sequences
• Comfortable building funnels and conversion-focused pages
• Confident managing Facebook Ads Manager, tracking, and split testing
• Creative and strategic, but also data- and KPI-driven
• Proactive — you don’t wait for instructions, you bring ideas
• Fluent in English, especially written
• Reliable, trustworthy, and looking for long-term, full-time work

We need results. You’ll be expected to increase direct bookings and grow our CRM/email list and funnel within your first 60-90 days. If you thrive in a performance-driven role and love solving marketing problems, you’ll love it here and can grow your salary considerably.

Compensation & Perks
• Starting salary: $500-$800/month depending on experience
• Performance-based raises and bonuses after 60-90 days based on results
