Role: Operations Coordinator
Team: Operations
Level: Entry (clear path to Operations Manager and beyond)
Location: Remote?—U.S. time zones (PST or EST coverage preferred)Schedule: 40 hrs/week, flexible working hours

Key Responsibilities
Ticket & Issue Resolution – Triage, solve, or escalate internal and client tickets so nothing lingers overnight.
Automation & Workflow Management – Monitor and fine tune CRM, Zapier, and Make automations to keep funnels, dashboards, and alerts firing smoothly.
Data & Payments Integrity – Action failed charges, renewals, and pauses same day; ensure everything reconciles in reports.
Sales Team Enablement – Onboard/offboard reps, maintain performance trackers, and give leadership a real?time view of pipeline health.
Continuous Improvement – Knock out ad hoc tasks from your manager and proactively spot opportunities to streamline processes.

Self Starter – You drive projects forward autonomously and surface blockers early.
Process First Mindset – Checklists, SLAs, and crisp documentation are your love language.
Clear Communicator – You tailor updates for clients, reps, and execs with equal ease.
Nice to Haves (Tech & Methodologies)
Hands on with any major CRM (HubSpot, Salesforce, GoHighLevel, Pipedrive, etc.).
Experience building multi step automations in Zapier, Make, or native CRM workflows.
Exposure to Agile/Scrum, PMP, or other project management frameworks.
