Role Summary
Ennovation Brands is seeking a highly motivated and results-oriented Google Ads Specialist to join our dynamic marketing team. As a Google Ads Specialist, you will be responsible for developing, implementing, managing, and optimizing our paid search campaigns across the Google Ads platform. You will play a crucial role in driving qualified traffic, increasing conversions, and achieving our business objectives. The ideal candidate possesses a strong understanding of digital marketing principles, a proven track record of successfully managing Google Ads campaigns, and a passion for data-driven decision-making.

Responsibilities:
-Campaign Strategy and Development: Develop comprehensive Google Ads strategies aligned with overall marketing goals and target audience. This includes keyword research, audience targeting, ad copywriting, and budget allocation.
-Campaign Implementation and Management: Set up, launch, and meticulously manage various Google Ads campaign types, including Search, Display, Video, Shopping, and App campaigns.
-Performance Monitoring and Optimization: Continuously monitor campaign performance, analyze key metrics (CTR, CPC, CPA, conversion rate, ROAS), identify areas for improvement, and implement data-driven optimizations.
-Keyword Research and Management: Conduct in-depth keyword research to identify relevant and high-performing keywords. Implement negative keyword strategies to improve campaign efficiency.
-Ad Copywriting and A/B Testing: Write compelling and effective ad copy that resonates with the target audience and drives clicks and conversions. Conduct A/B testing on ad creatives to optimize performance.
-Landing Page Optimization Collaboration: Collaborate with the web development and design teams to ensure landing pages are optimized for conversions and provide a seamless user experience.
-Budget Management and Reporting: Manage campaign budgets effectively, ensuring optimal ROI. Generate regular performance reports with insightful analysis and recommendations.
-Staying Up-to-Date: Keep abreast of the latest trends, best practices, and algorithm updates within the Google Ads ecosystem and the broader digital marketing landscape.
-Collaboration and Communication: Effectively communicate campaign performance, insights, and recommendations to the marketing team and stakeholders. Collaborate with other marketing channels to ensure integrated campaign strategies.
-Utilizing Google Ads Tools: Proficiently utilize Google Ads Editor, Google Analytics, and other relevant tools for campaign management, tracking, and analysis.
-Experimentation and Innovation: Proactively explore new Google Ads features and testing opportunities to improve campaign performance and drive innovation.

Qualifications:
-Minimum of 2 years of hands-on experience managing and optimizing Google Ads campaigns with a demonstrable track record of success.
-In-depth understanding of Google Ads campaign types, bidding strategies, ad extensions, and targeting options.
-Strong analytical skills and proficiency in interpreting data to drive strategic decisions.
-Proven ability to create compelling ad copy and coordinate the creation of impactful visual assets with the creative team.
-Ability to work independently and as part of a collaborative team.
-Familiarity with landing page optimization principles and tools.
