About the Role:
We’re looking for a performance-driven Digital Marketing Manager with a strong e-commerce mindset and a passion for data. This role is ideal for someone who excels at the intersection of strategy, execution, and analysis and knows how to translate insights into revenue. With 5+ years of experience, you’ll oversee digital campaigns that drive traffic, increase conversion, and grow customer lifetime value.
Key Responsibilities:
*Plan and execute multi-channel digital marketing campaigns across paid search, paid social,
*Manage e-commerce growth initiatives with a sharp focus on conversion rate optimization (CRO) and customer acquisition cost (CAC)
*Own performance marketing across Google Ads, Meta, and other PPC platforms
*Lead SEO strategy and coordinate content development for organic growth
*Analyze full-funnel metrics and user behavior to inform optimization efforts
*Develop and report on KPIs, turning data into actionable insights using GA4, Looker Studio, and other analytics tools
*Build and manage automated
*Collaborate cross-functionally with creative, product, and operations to align marketing initiatives with business goals
Requirements:
*5+ years of hands-on digital marketing experience, ideally in a high-growth e-commerce or DTC environment
*Proven success driving measurable results across acquisition and retention channels
*Expertise in Google Ads, Meta Business Suite,
*Strong understanding of conversion tracking, attribution models, and performance analytics
*Experience with SEO tools (Ahrefs, SEMrush) and CRO tools (Hotjar, Optimizely, etc.)
*Data-first mindset with the ability to turn numbers into narratives and strategies
*Excellent project management and communication skills
