Social Media Manager & Content Creator

We are a San Francisco-based video production company seeking a detail-oriented and reliable Virtual Assistant to help us deliver consistent, high-quality content for our social media clients.

In this role, you’ll be responsible for creating/organizing content, scheduling posts, and preparing simple monthly performance reports for 1–3 clients. You’ll work alongside our creative team and help ensure all content is posted on time, looks professional, and drives engagement.
This is a part-time position, 10–20 hours per month per client, with flexible hours. Must be responsive and available for communication at least 2–3 days a week (Monday–Friday) during U.S. Pacific Time business hours.

Responsibilities:
1. Organize post-ready images, carousels, and video clips into Google Drive and Scheduler Tool like Later or Metricool.
2. Draft 12 social media posts per month (6–8 short-form videos + 4–6 graphics)
3. Write captions using brand voice and format for Instagram, LinkedIn, and YouTube.
4. Schedule content in Metricool or Later based on calendar plan
5. Perform light proofreading and quality checks before publishing
6. Fill out a monthly performance form to explain content performance/metrics
7. Collaborate with the Kasey Bruce Media team via Slack for updates, questions, and reviews.

Qualifications:
Experience doing Social Media Management on Instagram, LinkedIn and other Platforms.
Excellent written English and grammar skills (no spelling or formatting mistakes)
Experience using Canva Pro, Google Drive, Slack, and at least one content scheduler like Metricool, Later.

Strong communication and time management skills
Experience working with social media content (especially Reels/shorts) is a strong plus

Pay Structure:
Base Rate: $250 USD/month per client depending on experience
Paid via Wise (Kasey Bruce Media will cover all transaction fees)
Potential to manage 2–3 clients as the business grows
Rate reviewed every 6-months based on performance
Bonuses: Possible quarterly bonuses based on retention + accuracy
