Full-Time Remote Real Estate Assistant
(Choose: Mon–Fri or Wed–Sun | 6AM–2PM EST)
Independent Contractor | $3–$4/hour | 40 hours/week | Long-Term Role with Room for Growth

We are seeking a reliable, tech-comfortable independent contractor to join our real estate team as a full-time assistant. This is a schedule-based role, not a flexible-hours VA position. We’re looking for someone ready to work closely with our team, follow direction, and grow in a long-term partnership.

???? This is a 1099 contractor position. No employee benefits are offered. You are responsible for your own equipment, internet, and applicable taxes.

???? Role Overview
Choose Your Schedule:

Monday through Friday

OR Wednesday through Sunday
(You must commit to one of the two and maintain consistency.)

Hours: 6:00 AM – 2:00 PM Eastern Time (New York)
Commitment: 40 hours/week (fixed schedule)
Pay:

$3/hour for entry-level applicants

$4/hour for candidates with experience in design, real estate, or content coordination
Pay Frequency: Weekly

???? Key Responsibilities
Assist with daily admin tasks and team coordination

Organize and maintain documents, schedules, and digital assets

Support basic content updates and template-driven social media design

Data entry and communication tracking

Collaborate with tea ---------- mbers to ensure smooth operations

(Not required, but a big plus)

Canva or similar design platforms

Google Drive and Google Sheets

Real estate CRM platforms

Strong written English and attention to detail

To be considered, you must be prepared to do the following during a live Google Meet interview:

Share your internet speed test (upload/download) in real time

Show your laptop/desktop specs (RAM, processor, etc.) live on screen

Demonstrate your Canva skills by walking through a simple design task or showing past work
