Overview:
We are seeking a motivated and detail-oriented Appointment Setter to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for contacting potential clients, scheduling appointments, and supporting our sales team. Responsibilities:
- Contact potential clients via phone and email to schedule appointments for the sales team
- Manage and update the CRM system with client information and appointment details
- Confirm appointments and follow up with clients to ensure attendance
- Collaborate with the sales team to optimize appointment-setting strategies
- Achieve daily, weekly, and monthly appointment-setting targets

Requirements:
- High school diploma or equivalent; additional education or relevant training is a plus
- Proven experience a minimum of 2-3 years as appointment setter, telemarketer, or in a similar role
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Strong organizational and time-management abilities
- Proficient in Microsoft Office and experience with CRM software
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Positive attitude and a proactive approach to problem-solving

Job Type: Full-Time
