YouTube Shorts Video Editor Wanted

We're looking for a creative, fast, and detail-oriented YouTube Shorts editor who can produce content in a style similar to this reel ( ---------- ) with strong use of b-roll, captions, cutaways, and light animations.

You’ll be provided with:
? AI avatar video clips
? Pre-written scripts (voiceover or AI avatar delivery)

What you’ll handle:

? Editing 30–60 second videos from the avatar content
? Adding engaging b-roll and relevant footage and sound effects
? Dynamic captions, kinetic text, emojis, and effects
? Clean pacing and snappy transitions
? Basic animations/motion graphics to enhance visuals

Must-have experience:

? Short-form content (YouTube Shorts, Reels, TikTok)
? Fast, professional turnaround
? Portfolio with similar AI/tech or educational content

This is a paid, ongoing role. Open to per-video or monthly retainer setup.
