? About the Role
This is a remote, contract/consulting role, ideal for someone with proven medspa or medical aesthetics experience. You'll be responsible for helping us build a strong digital presence and lead our go-to-market efforts.
Key Responsibilities:
- Conduct market research specific to the US medical aesthetic industry (Miami/Fort Lauderdale knowledge is a major plus)
- Develop and refine our brand voice, visual identity, and positioning
- Set up and manage social media platforms (Instagram, TikTok,
- Build a 30/60/90 day go-to-market strategy
- Craft content strategy and plan campaigns with a results-driven mindset
- Recommend and manage digital ad campaigns (Meta, Google)
- Provide ongoing guidance around targeting, messaging, and community building for a medspa audience
???? Who We’re Looking For
- Direct experience working with medspas, cosmetic doctors, or aesthetic clinics
- Strong background in US-based market research (South Florida preferred)
- Understanding of HIPAA considerations and compliant marketing in the med-aesthetic field
- Proven ability to build a brand from the ground up
- Expertise in short-form content and beauty-centric digital storytelling
- Familiarity with social media tools, trends, analytics, and audience engagement
- Highly self-motivated and comfortable working independently in a remote setup
- Bonus if you’ve helped a practice scale or launch a new service line
