We are a Nordic short-term rental company managing apartments through Guesty, with exposure on Airbnb,
We're now hiring ONE team of 2–3 people to fully manage guest communication, operations, and coordination – 24/7.

???? You must be able to cover 24 hours a day, 7 days a week as a team – no exceptions.
? Your team must work together, take full responsibility, and manage handovers internally.
???? Shifts to cover (Nordic time):
08:30–16:00 ? High activity (PH time: 14:30–22:00)
16:00–00:00 ? Moderate activity (PH time: 22:00–06:00)
00:00–08:30 ? Low activity / standby (PH time: 06:00–14:30)
Your team must always have someone active or on standby across these shifts.
???? Tasks:
- Guest messaging on Airbnb,
- Coordination with cleaners and handyman
- Invoicing for guest add-ons
- Submitting insurance claims
- Escalating issues only when needed
- Using AI tools to optimize messaging and workflow
- Internal handovers and shift updates
? Who you must be:
- A complete team of 2–3 people who already know each other or plan to work together long-term
- Available to cover all shifts reliably every day
- Experienced with short-term rental platforms (Airbnb,
- Strong English skills (written and spoken)
- Responsible and solution-oriented – no blame culture
- Able to commit full-time and prioritize this job
