Senior Video Editor & Graphic Designer

High Performance Meta Ads Creative Specialist

We are looking for a high end Video Editor and Graphic Designer who understands that creative is the single biggest lever in paid media performance.

This is not a social media content role.
This is not a Canva template role.
This is not a CapCut editing role.

This is a performance driven creative role focused specifically on building high converting ads for Meta.

You will be pivotal in how we go to market for our clients. Your work will directly impact revenue, lead quality and client growth.

If you do not have advanced experience using Adobe Premiere Pro, After Effects, Photoshop, Illustrator and the wider Adobe Suite, this is not the role for you.

If you have never created ads that have generated measurable results, this is not the role for you.

About The Role

You will be responsible for producing high converting ad creatives for Meta campaigns across multiple high value service based industries.

This includes:

• Direct response video ads
• Hook driven short form creatives
• Founder led talking head edits
• Performance driven static graphics
• Motion graphics for ads
• Split test creative variations
• UGC style ads with professional polish
• Thumbnail and scroll stopping graphic concepts

You will work closely with our strategists and media buyers to:

• Develop creative concepts aligned with campaign strategy
• Interpret performance data and iterate creatives
• Build multiple variations for testing
• Understand audience psychology and buying behaviour
• Align visuals with positioning and offer angles

Your creative will not just look good. It must convert.

This Role Is For You If

• You have proven experience editing high performance ads
• You understand direct response marketing principles
• You can create thumb stopping hooks within the first 3 seconds
• You think in terms of CTR, CPA and conversion rates
• You know how to structure ads for retention and engagement
• You can take raw footage and turn it into compelling sales driven assets
• You understand pacing, sound design and motion for performance
• You are detail obsessed and proud of your craft

Experience within the Australian market is strongly preferred. Understanding local tone, culture and compliance standards is important.

This Role Is NOT For You If

• You only know Canva or CapCut
• You rely on templates for most of your work
• You have only created organic social posts
• You do not understand paid media performance
• You cannot confidently use the Adobe Suite
• You have never worked on campaigns with real budgets and measurable KPIs

We are looking for someone who takes ownership and treats client creative like their own business.
