Your Role – Supporting Across GHL, Ads & Reporting
You’ll be a key player in keeping our campaigns running smoothly and efficiently. With the support of our team, you’ll work across:

Go High Level (GHL):
Building and editing landing pages, forms, funnels, and calendars

Setting up and maintaining automations, workflows, and pipelines

Implementing conditional logic and tagging systems

Managing CRM updates, custom values, and client snapshots

Paid Advertising:
Uploading and managing campaigns in Meta Ads and Google Ads

Collaborating with our strategists to ensure campaigns go live correctly

Understanding and tracking key metrics like CPM, CPC, CPL, ROAS

Making light edits to ad copy and headlines if needed

Reporting:
Updating weekly client reports and internal performance dashboards

Supporting data tracking and campaign optimisation

Using tools like Google Sheets, Looker Studio, and Zapier (bonus!)

What We’re Looking For:
Experience with Go High Level (automation, CRM, landing pages etc.)

Experience with Meta & Google Ads (uploading and managing campaigns)

A strong understanding of performance marketing metrics

Excellent English – strong written and verbal communication is a must

Proactive and reliable – able to work independently and meet deadlines

Comfortable with remote work, Google Suite, and managing tasks via ---------- or similar tools

Bonus: Experience with reporting tools, Zapier, or Looker Studio

Position Details:
Role: Go High Level & Paid Ads Assistant

Location: Work from home (PH based)

Type: Full-time or Part-time (20–40 hours/week)

Timezone: Must have at least 2–3 hours overlap with AEST (Sydney)

Salary: Based on experience — please include your expected monthly PHP salary

Start Date: ASAP
