Virtual Assistant for eCommerce Brand

Summary
We’re looking for a sharp, reliable VA to help run daily operations for our Shopify brand. This will start part-time but will turn into a full-time role for the right person.

If you currently have other clients or are juggling multiple jobs, do not apply. We’re only looking for someone who is 100% focused on eCommerce and ready to grow with our brand.

Main responsibility:
- Responding to customer messages, this will take up most of your time, so solid written English and fast replies are a must.

Other daily tasks include:
- Fulfilling orders
- Updating inventory and sales sheets
- Monitoring Facebook ads, disputes, feedback scores
- Uploading Klaviyo campaigns
- Communicating with our supplier regarding inventory
- Spotting issues and suggesting improvements based on customer feedback

What we expect:
- Experience with Shopify and customer support tools
- Clear examples of past VA work, please include details
- Fast communication, both with our team (Slack/Notion) and customers
- You care about doing things right and keeping things organized
