We’re seeking a reliable, detail-oriented, and tech-savvy Virtual Assistant & Social Media Manager to join our growing remote team.
What You’ll do:
????? Virtual Assistant Tasks
Respond to client messages and follow up on inquiries
Manage CRM system and update client records
Schedule appointments and send reminders
Assist with onboarding clients and collecting necessary documents
Create and send daily progress reports
???? Social Media Management
Plan and schedule posts across Instagram,
Engage with followers and respond to comments/messages
Design graphics using Canva (or similar)
Research industry trends and create engaging content
Help grow our online presence and build brand trust
Who We’re Looking For:
? Experience as a VA and/or Social Media Manager
? Strong written English and communication skills
? Confident using tools like Canva, Google Workspace, Meta Suite, and CRMs
? Organized and proactive with a problem-solving mindset
? Can work during U.S. hours and communicate daily via WhatsApp
? Bonus: Experience in credit repair, funding, or financial services
Work Schedule:
Monday to Saturday
4 hours per day (with potential to grow based on performance)
Weekly payments via [Wise or PayPal]
