Position: Full-Time Virtual Front Desk Assistant (Medical Receptionist & Patient Services)
Location: Remote – Philippines (Must be able to work U.S. Central Standard Time hours)

What You’ll Be Doing
-As our Virtual Front Desk Assistant, you’ll be the first point of contact for our patients and an integral member of our operations team. Your responsibilities will include:
-Providing excellent virtual team and patient support via video (Google Meet, Zoom), phone (RingCentral, Google Voice),
-Cross-trained to assist with managing and optimizing clinic operations for multiple clinics (primarily responsible for supporting 2 out of 4 locations).
-Verifying insurance benefits and authorizations using platforms like Availity and Connex.
-Gathering, uploading, and organizing clinic documents and medical records.
-Entering and maintaining patient information in our EMR system (OptimisPT) with accuracy and confidentiality.
-Recording payments and assisting with billing-related tasks.
-Supporting our team with real-time video presence — being “virtually at the front desk” during business hours.
What We’re Looking For:
-Must be comfortable being on video throughout the day to support team needs and directly interact with patients.
-A self-starter who is motivated, eager to learn, and can hit the ground running with guidance and training.
-Strong communication skills and a friendly, professional demeanor.
-Excellent computer and organizational skills; ability to manage multiple systems and tasks efficiently.
-Previous experience in a healthcare setting, medical office, or customer-facing role is preferred.
-Familiarity with Google Workspace (Docs, Sheets, Meet), Zoom, EMRs, and insurance verification tools is a strong plus.
Work Schedule & Compensation:
-Work Hours: U.S. Central Time — 9 AM to 6 PM CST, Monday to Friday (with 1-hour lunch break).
-Pay Range: $4/hr to $6/hr based on experience.
-Growth Opportunity: Compensation may increase based on performance and the ability to take on additional responsibilities over time.
