OPEN ROLES:

1. Accountant / Bookkeeper (Remote)
Responsibilities:

Daily bookkeeping for U.S. small business clients

Monthly P&L, bank reconciliation, and report preparation

Use platforms like QuickBooks Online (REQUIRED), Xero, Excel

Handle confidential data accurately and consistently

Requirements:

2+ years U.S.-based bookkeeping/accounting experience

Strong written/spoken English

Excellent attention to detail

Tech-savvy and organized

2. Credit Repair Specialist (Remote)
Responsibilities:

Analyze credit reports (Experian, Equifax, TransUnion)

Write Metro 2 & FCRA dispute letters

Track disputes and educate clients on score building

Stay updated on compliance (FCRA, FDCPA, CROA)

Requirements:

1+ year U.S. credit repair experience

Knowledge of Metro 2 preferred

Strong written English (you’ll draft client letters)

Ethical, detailed, and deadline-driven

3. Sales Setter (Remote)
Responsibilities:

Qualify inbound leads through DMs, email, and SMS

Schedule appointments for closers

Update and manage CRM (GoHighLevel preferred)

Follow up and nurture pipeline leads

Requirements:

1+ year of sales or appointment setting experience

Excellent English and persuasive communication

Familiar with sales funnels, CRM, and lead nurturing

Positive attitude, coachable, and target-oriented

4. Closer / Sales Consultant (Remote)
Responsibilities:

Conduct sales calls (Zoom or phone) with pre-qualified leads

Present DLH credit and funding services confidently

Guide prospects through the offer, handle objections, close deals

Document call notes, collect payments, and follow SOPs

Hit monthly sales targets and support follow-up process

Requirements:

2+ years of experience in high-ticket closing or sales

Fluent and confident in English (neutral accent preferred)

Experience with U.S. clients and financial/consulting services

CRM & Zoom proficient, self-managed, and results-driven

Reliable closing performance backed by proof (conversion % or income)

SCHEDULE:

Full-time (40 hrs/week preferred)

Must be available during U.S. Eastern Standard Time (EST) business hours, may negotiate times

TECH REQUIREMENTS:

Laptop or desktop (min i5, 8GB RAM)

Reliable, high-speed internet (min 25 Mbps)

Quiet work environment with headset and webcam

Backup internet and power solutions recommended
