JOB OVERVIEW

A growing construction company is seeking a professional and reliable Office Assistant to join our team on a full-time basis.

They will be considered an active member of our office team. This is a remote position, and the collaborator will be required to stay connected via Zoom throughout working hours, except for a 30-minute break.
• Working hours: Monday to Friday, 8:00 AM – 4:30 PM (UK time)

Requirements:
• Minimum 3 years of experience in office administration within a Design, Build, and Management company
• Advanced English skills (spoken, written, and reading)
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook)
• Ability to work independently and complete administrative tasks accurately
• Strong organisational and communication skills

Key Responsibilities:
• Day-to-day administrative duties
• Communication with suppliers, clients, and subcontractors
• Supporting internal departments and coordinating project-related tasks
• Updating internal databases and managing documentation via Project+ and Dropbox
• Coordinating WhatsApp group communications
• Assisting the Project Coordinator, Site Manager, Project Manager, and Quantity Surveyor with their daily responsibilities
