We are looking for a reliable Virtual Assistant to help us build a gamified coaching dashboard inside Notion for our high-ticket men’s health & vitality program.

Your main job will be translating our proven coaching structure (3 Phases, 6 Methods) into a client-facing, visually polished Notion workspace—complete with progress tracking, modular templates, and gamification elements like checklists, badges, and phase completion status.

No creative writing or health expertise required — just sharp Notion skills, design logic, and the ability to bring a structured system to life in a way that looks and feels premium.

What You’ll Build
A complete Notion dashboard built around our 3-Phase / 6-Method coaching system

Linked method modules used across phases (with toggle reveals, databases, reusable blocks)

Client progress tracking system with gamified feel (XP points, progress bars, phase unlocks)

Weekly action checklists, reflection logs, and habit tracking templates

Clean, branded layout that feels high-ticket and intuitive

Full scope and framework will be shared with shortlisted applicants via Notion/Google Doc.

Must-Have Skills
Advanced Notion dashboard design

Strong with linked databases, rollups, templates

Ability to create clean, minimalist layouts

Confident translating written frameworks into digital systems

Experience building gamified or progress-based systems

Familiarity with health coaching or personal development workflows
