Position Overview
We are seeking a proactive and detail-oriented Customer Support Virtual Assistant to join our team on a part-time basis, contributing 20 hours per week to start with potential to grow up to 20 hours. This role is essential in managing day-to-day administrative operations, ensuring a seamless experience for our client community and supporting the backend processes of our business. We are specifically seeking someone with a minimum of 2 years of relevant experience who will require minimal training and can confidently take initiative in this role from the start.
Requirements
Communication
- Proficient in English with excellent communication skills.
- 1-2 years of experience in customer service, admin tasks
- Stable internet connection (minimum 5 Mbps).
Work Availability
- Ability to work in the Norwegian time zone, between 12:30 pm - 4:30 pm CET Monday - Friday

Administrative & Data Management
- Perform data entry for weekly, monthly, and quarterly KPI tracking, team calendars, and product schedules.
- Maintain archives on Drive and Dropbox.
Launch Support
- Provide team and customer support during product launches.
- Coordinate and document operational processes.
You will also be working on a variety of tasks, including but not limited to:
- Providing support during product launches.
- Preparing and uploading podcast content.
- Handling graphics and light design tasks.
- Administering

- Kajabi, Monday, Slack, Canva, Stripe, PayPal, Google Workspace, Dropbox, Zoom.

Compensation
$500 per month for 20 hours/week Monday thru Friday
