Are you detail-oriented, creative, and fluent in English? We’re looking for a Reviews Manager to join our growing team and help boost our clients’ online reputation across multiple platforms.

Responsibilities:
• Post and manage reviews on platforms like Google, Trustpilot, Facebook, and others
• Maintain a consistent and authentic tone in all reviews
• Collaborate with the content and customer success teams
• Track performance and adjust strategies as needed
• Handle feedback, flag issues, and report progress regularly

Requirements:
• Fluent English – excellent writing skills are a must
• Ability to manage multiple accounts and platforms simultaneously
• Strong communication and organization skills
• Creativity and attention to detail
• Prior experience in online reputation management or digital marketing – an advantage

This is a remote, part-time or full-time position. Flexible hours.
