Part-Time Virtual Assistant for High-End Home Service Business (Window Cleaning & Pressure Washing)

Description: We’re hiring a rockstar virtual tea ---------- mber to support a fast-growing home services company (Win Clean Plus) based in Georgia, USA. You’ll handle scheduling, client communication, lead follow-up, and help us scale with efficiency and care. If you’re organized, upbeat, and a great communicator, we want to hear from you!
Responsibilities:
Respond to emails, calls, and text messages (during EST Time Zone hours)


Manage scheduling and estimates in our system Housecall Pro


Oversee multiple email inboxes


Implement a zone-based scheduling model


Send follow-ups and engage unconverted leads


Prospect commercial leads: HOAs (Home Owner Associations), Property Managers, etc.


Track supplies & order supplies weekly


Escalate high-level decisions to the business owner as needed.


Requirements:
Excellent written and spoken English


Organized, detail-oriented, and a self-starter


Strong internet connection


Familiarity with CRMs (HouseCall Pro) or scheduling software is a plus
