Facebook and Instagram Lead Generator

I’m looking for a skilled and trustworthy Meta Ads freelancer to manage local lead generation campaigns for our martial arts school based in London.

This is a long-term partnership opportunity, not a one-off job or agency contract. I’ve previously run our Meta ads in-house, so I understand the process — now I’m looking to hand it over to someone reliable who can take it to the next level with consistency and care.

What I need:

Strong focus on CPL (cost per lead) and conversion quality

Good communicator and strategic thinker – not just “set it and forget it”
