Who We Are

We are a fast-growing Short Let / Airbnb Management company overseeing a portfolio of over 50 high-performing properties across the UK. Our mission is simple: deliver luxury, comfort, and operational excellence for both our guests and our property owner clients.

We're now looking for a dynamic, detail-oriented Short Let Administrator to be the backbone of our guest communication, sales, and client success operations. This is your opportunity to grow with a scaling business and eventually build your own team as we expand.

Your Role at a Glance

You will work 5 days per week, including rotational weekends (1 week on, 1 week off), split across:

3 Days – Sales & Client Onboarding


2 Days – Guest Communication & Operations


You’ll be the first point of contact for our clients, supporting them with onboarding, monthly reports, and proactive communication. You’ll also ensure our guests enjoy a smooth and delightful stay — with the help of both your own skillset and the AI tools we use to streamline guest experience.

Responsibilities:

Client & Sales Support (3 Days Weekly):
- Onboard new landlord clients smoothly and confidently
- Prepare and send monthly performance statements
- Support Directors with acquisitions and proposal documents
- Manage partner inquiries and booking requests
- Follow up leads and convert them into signed clients

Guest Experience & Operations (2 Days Weekly):
- Manage daily guest messages via Airbnb, ---------- , and Uplisting
- Handle late check-out requests, early check-in, and complaints with empathy
- Coordinate turnovers with cleaners and ensure timely readiness
- Monitor property security (e.g., Ring doorbells), report low batteries, and resolve access issues
- Escalate ---------- disputes and resolution cases


Systems & Admin (Ongoing):
- Support ongoing projects from Directors
- Track pricing, occupancy KPIs, and daily reporting
- Help build and maintain a centralised knowledge base

Who You Are:
- Fluent in spoken and written English
- Experience in short-let, Airbnb, or hospitality administration
- Tech-savvy — quick to pick up tools like ClickUp, or Uplisting
- A proactive problem solver who stays calm under pressure
- Exceptionally organised and responsive
- Friendly, thoughtful, and committed to high standards
