We are looking for a detail-oriented and experienced Parcel Panel Checker to join our e-commerce operations team. You’ll be responsible for reviewing parcel tracking data, identifying delivery issues, and helping ensure our customers receive their orders on time.

Responsibilities:
Monitor and verify tracking updates using Parcel Panel or similar tools

Flag late or undelivered parcels and communicate findings to the team

Provide insights on shipping performance and timelines

Keep clear documentation and maintain daily reports

Requirements:
Prior experience with Parcel Panel (or similar shipment tracking systems)

High attention to detail and strong organizational skills

Reliable internet connection and ability to work independently

Clear written communication in English
