Senior-Level Property Manager

We’re a fast-paced Australian property management agency looking for someone who’s been in the trenches. If you’ve directly managed residential rentals, understand compliance, and can take ownership without constant follow-up, we want to hear from you.

What We’re Looking For:
? 5+ years of direct property management experience (AU/NZ preferred)
? Strong attention to detail – we notice when people don’t
? Able to follow instructions *and* think independently
? Confident communicator with strong written English
? Experience with platforms like OurProperty, PropertyMe, ClickUp is a bonus

You’ll Be Responsible For:

* Reviewing compliance and tenancy documentation
* Creating and managing maintenance jobs and follow-ups
* Communicating with trades, tenants, and our team
* Keeping everything updated within internal systems. So we know you have read this properly include the word walnut in your email subject line.
* Following processes exactly, while being proactive when needed
